Happy Halloween from the TinyTots!

This morning, it was time for the littlest Library patrons to get in on the fun! Participants at today's TinyTots LapSit StoryTime showed up in costumes and had so much fun with their friends! Here are a couple of photos I've rec'd so far, from Meghan's mom, and I'll be adding more as they arrive!

Thank you all for a fun time this morning!!

TinyTots is held each Friday morning at 10:30 in our Children's Area.
Parents are asked to register in advance, on a monthly basis.

Halloween Fun at StoryTime!

Storytime today was all about Cats at the Library!
After reading Excuse Me .... Are You a Witch? by Emily Horn and Pumpkin Cat by Ann Turner, the kids created cat pictures to take home.

In Excuse Me . . . Are You a Witch? a lonely little black cat named Herbert goes in search of a witch, after reading (in a book at the library!) that witches like black cats ... so he thinks that if he can find a witch then he won't be lonely anymore ...
I love this book! Reading it is so much fun, especially when you dress for the part!

Happy Halloween!
