In order to better plan and prepare for our Summer Program Finale Event, we're asking that participants who plan to display a project in the Art Exhibit please let us know by THIS FRIDAY so we can be sure we have adequate display space and enough ribbons! The Art Exhibit & Ice Cream Social will take place on the Library's lawn on Saturday, August 15th. (We will not be using the Town Hall, as was previously stated.) Projects need to be delivered to the library between 9-9:30am, with judging beginning at 9:30 and ribbons awarded at 10. The ribbons will remain on the projects, and the projects will remain on display until 2pm so that everyone can come see the wonderful spacey creations you have been working on this summer!
